Let us be aware that happiness has become a transformative force in global development. Inspiring us to re-examine our inner development, social development and our world views.

World views are the way we look at reality, the way we understand and perceive the challenges humanity faces. World views make a difference towards effective poverty reduction, environmental rehabilitation and liberation from injustice. Clarification of world views can be sought not only by scientific and political debate - though important - but as much through story telling, art, cultural exchanges and development of whole relations. 

The 3rd International Conference on Gross National Happiness proceeded and finished successfully and gracefully.

We are grateful to everyone who helped. With your goodwill and active involvement this project can go beyond inspiration towards operationalization.
